The American Burlesque
2024年、東京入管が初めてバーレスクパフォーマーに興行ビザを発給。
歴史的公演『The American Burlesque』が、日本のバーレスク史に新たな一歩を刻みました。
「すべての体は美しい」という理念のもと、多様な人種、ジェンダー、体型、セクシュアリティを祝福する現代バーレスク。
そのエンパワメントの精神を体現するショーとして、アメリカをはじめ世界で活躍するバーレスクスターが集結。
日本各地やロサンゼルスを舞台にステージが繰り広げられてきました。
企画・プロデュースを手掛けるのは、東京とLAの二拠点で活動する、バーレスクパフォーマー／プロデューサーのNikita Bitch Project（ニキータ・ビッチ・プロジェクト）。
またスピンオフ企画として、コメディとバーレスクのコラボショー『One Night Comedy』も定期的に開催。
日本のシーンを代表するコメディアンとバーレスクパフォーマーが共演する、唯一無二のステージが誕生しました。

In 2024, Tokyo immigration authorities issued an entertainment visa to a burlesque performer for the first time, marking a historic moment for Japan’s burlesque scene.
This milestone led to the creation of The American Burlesque.
Rooted in the philosophy that every body is beautiful, modern burlesque celebrates diversity across race, gender, sexuality, and body type—an ethos at the heart of what we call The American Burlesque.
Embodying this spirit of empowerment, the show brings together internationally acclaimed burlesque stars from the United States and around the world.
The show has been presented on stages across Japan and in Los Angeles, building a cross-cultural bridge between Japan and the United States through burlesque.
The production is created and produced by burlesque performer and producer Nikita Bitch Project, who works between Tokyo and Los Angeles.
As a spin-off project, the comedy and burlesque crossover show One Night Comedy is also presented regularly.
Featuring leading comedians and burlesque performers from Japan’s vibrant live scene, it offers a one-of-a-kind stage where comedy and burlesque collide.
